Cancelation Conditions

Current information about bookings regarding Covid 19:
Due to the currently unforeseeable situation, we are changing our cancellation policy for all bookings until the beginning of our next winter season. That means: All bookings – already made – and future bookings for stays in the Hotel Salzburgerhof before December 1st, 2020 can be canceled free of charge until 7 days before arrival. In this case, your deposit will be fully reimbursed to you or credited for a later stay if you so wish.

Standard conditions (25% deposit required at time of booking):
Up to 14 days prior to arrival you may cancel free of charge
Up to 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 25% of the total price of the stay
Up to 1 day prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% of the total price of the stay
In the event of cancellations or changes received later than this, in the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you the full amount.

Special conditions (50% deposit required at time of booking):
25.07.20-22.08.20, 26.12.19-08.01.20, 01.02.20-22.02.20
Up to 30 days prior to arrival you may cancel free of charge
Up to 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total price of the stay
Up to 7 days prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 70% of the total price of the stay
In the event of cancellations or changes received later than this, in the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you the full amount.
